1. What is the return & refund policy?

For Damaged Products:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@asmitaorganicfarm.com.

Provide the order number, invoice image, 1 outer box image, and 2 images of the damaged product.
Only the affected product can be returned and replaced in multiple-item shipments.

For Missing Products:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@asmitaorganicfarm.com.
Provide the order number and images of the opened box with all items received.

We'll promptly re-send the missing product; refunds are not applicable.
For Spoiled Products:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@asmitaorganicfarm.com.
Provide the order number, packaging/manufacture date, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.

Due to natural variations, returns are not accepted for changes in flavor, texture, color, or scent.

2. Can I update my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your order after placing it, here’s how: Within 2-4 hours (Mumbai) or 12 hours (outside Mumbai) of placing your order: Reach out to us via email or our WhatsApp helpline at (https://wa.me/918657001138). We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: To ensure prompt delivery, changes may not be possible after this time frame due to order processing.

3. Are phone orders accepted, and which payment methods are available?

If you prefer ordering via WhatsApp, you can send us your details between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Saturday).

Our customer support team will confirm and process your order within 24 hours (Note: WhatsApp orders are not accepted on Sundays).

We accept payments via UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Bangalore, and Delhi; however, COD orders above ₹2,000 are not eligible.

4. When can I expect my order to be delivered and how can I track it?

Orders within Mumbai are delivered the next day if placed before 12 PM. Pan-Indian orders generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
