  • A small drizzle of imli (tamarind) chutney
  • A generous pinch of sev for each crisp
  • A sprinkle of finely chopped fresh coriander
  • A quick squeeze of lemon juice

Steps to prepare Sev Puri Rice Crisps

  1. Set the Base
    Place 6–7 Indian Hot Spicy Brown Rice Crisps on a plate or platter.
  2. Add the Veggies
    Spoon some chopped onions and tomatoes onto each crisp—just enough to cover the center.
  3. Drizzle the Chutneys Add a small zigzag of pudina chutney and imli chutney over the top of each.
  4. Top it with Crunch
    Sprinkle a hearty pinch of sev on each puri.
  5. Garnish & Kick
    Finish with finely chopped coriander and a lemon squeeze for that tangy chatpata flair.

  6. Serve & Devour
