We currently offer delivery of our Diwali Gift Hampers exclusively within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune.
2. Can I order a Diwali Gift Hamper over the Phone?
Yes, we accept phone orders between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Our customer support team will confirm and process your order within 24 hours. Please note: WhatsApp orders are not available on Sundays.

3. How can I pay for my Diwali Gift Hamper(s)?
You can pay for your Diwali Gift Hamper using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking. Please note, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
For Prepaid Orders: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. Once your hamper is ready for dispatch, youโll receive a payment link and the estimated delivery date.
For Direct Orders (from October 21st): Full payment is required, and a tracking link will be provided after dispatch.
4. When can I expect my Diwali Gift Hamper?

5. What is the return & refund policy?
For Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item in a multi-item shipment, only the damaged product can be returned and replaced. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@asmitaorganicfarm.com. Be sure to include your order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two images of the damaged product.
For Missing Products: If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@asmitaorganicfarm.com. Provide your order number and images of the opened box showing all items received. We will promptly resend the missing product. Please note, refunds are not available for missing items.
